YVO4

Yttrium Orthovanadate (YVO4) has good temperature stability with perfect physical and mechanical crystal properties. Because of its large birefringence rate and wide range of wavelength transparency YVO4 is ideal as an optical polarization component. It is a perfect synthetic alternative for Calcite and Rutile crystals in many applications such as fiber optic isolators and circulators, beam displacers and other polarizing optics.
