Cesium Lithium Borate (CLBO) is a laser material which fits perfectly for harmonic generator in UV range. It is widely used for semiconductor inspection, micro processing and UV-LIDAR. Compared with BBO, it has larger spectral and temperature acceptance, better angle tolerance and smaller walk-off angle. CLBO is good choise for SHG conversion and it is suitable for FHG of high-power Nd:YAG laser systems.
