YVO4

Yttrium Orthovanadate (YVO4) has good temperature stability with perfect physical and mechanical crystal properties. YVO4 is ideal to be used as optical polarization component because of its large birefringence coefficient and wide range of wavelength transparency. It is perfect synthetic alternative for Calcite and Rutile crystals in many applications such as fiber optic isolators and circulators, beam displacers and other polarizing optics.
